As a parent who struggled with postpartum mood disorders myself, I deeply understand the struggle of new parents and am passionate about helping new parents thrive, and not just survive.

My practice is humanistic, person-centered and integrative. I have many tools in my toolbox and meet each client where they are at. I practice Mindfulness-based psychotherapy. I am compassionate, empathetic and collaborative.

I have personal experience with chronic illness. I have 3 kids of my own (toddler, school-aged and teenager). I am LGBTQIA+ affirmative.

I provide an inclusive safe space for you to explore you. I will work to empower you with curiosity and support. I offer a nurturing, humorous and direct approach. I am LGBTQIA affirmative and I am committed to the work of healing racial trauma.

As a single mother by choice of a child born premature, I have an insiders understanding of navigating the NICU and advocating for a child. I can provide knowledgeable support during your fertility journey. I am passionate about supporting mothers, specifically mothers navigating the healthcare system. I can help you face difficult moments in parenting, recognize intergenerational traumas and create a more conscious parenting style.
